SYNERGY NORTH Launches New Customer Portal
Thunder Bay, ON – SYNERGY NORTH has launched a new customer services portal that is designed to enhance customer experiences and ensure customers have easy access to their accounts.
The new site provides an improved user experience when viewed through mobile devices or tablets, and will enable SYNERGY NORTH to launch new features, such as Green Button, in the coming months.
Portal features such as viewing bills online, tracking electricity consumption, viewing account information, and moving electricity services will be available on the new portal. Customers with existing online accounts will need to simply follow the ‘Forgot Password’ process in order to access their account.
