Security Deposits
Security deposits are charged on all new customer accounts. Depending on the size of service, the deposit will be held for either three (3) or seven (7) years. Business customers can have their deposit waived in two ways:
- Provide a credit reference letter from a Canadian utility stating that the business has had good payment history for a minimum of 3-7 years. This varies on the size of service.
- Provide an irrevocable letter of credit from your financial institution.
