Potential Canada Post Service Disruption: SYNERGY NORTH Customers Encouraged to Explore E-Billing Options
THUNDER BAY, ON– Canada Post and the Canadian Union of Postal Workers are currently negotiating a new collective bargaining agreement. With the possibility of a strike or lockout, postal services across the country may experience delays. This potential service disruption could impact the delivery of SYNERGY NORTH bills and payments made by mail.
While postal delays may occur, SYNERGY NORTH customers are reminded to stay informed of their account balance to confirm payments are made on time. To ensure uninterrupted access to your SYNERGY NORTH bill, SYNERGY NORTH encourages all customers to consider signing up for e-billing. E- billing provides a convenient, paperless way to receive your bill directly via email each month. It mirrors the traditional paper bill format, so you won’t miss any important information. By enrolling in e-billing, customers will have access to their MyENERGY account, where they can view their electricity usage and payment history at any time.
Signing up for e-billing is easy. Visit synergynorth.ca/myenergy, have your account number and meter number on hand, and follow the simple instructions to go paperless.
To make it as convenient as possible, SYNERGY NORTH offers a variety of payment methods beyond mailed payments. Customers can explore these options at synergynorth.ca/residential/ billing/payment-options/ and choose the option that best suits their needs.
SYNERGY NORTH appreciates our customers’ understanding and encourages everyone to take advantage of e-billing and alternative payment options to avoid any inconvenience.
