Addressing the significance of this initiative, says Andy Armitage, Vice President, Customer Care, IT & Strategic Planning, ”hearing from customers, employees, and stakeholders is vital to supporting the future. The materiality analysis allows us to ensure we are focusing on the issues most important to our stakeholders.”
The Feedback on Sustainability survey aims to ensure SYNERGY NORTH focuses on the issues which are top of mind for stakeholders. Participants will respond to a range of questions focused on ESG aspects, aiding SYNERGY NORTH in evaluating and monitoring across various business operations what is identified as being important to its customers. “We understand our customers’ interest in our activities and their expectations for us to lead as an environmental steward, a progressive employer, and an active contributor to social and economic growth,” noted Armitage.
The public engagement survey commenced today and will run until February 9th, 2024.
