With COVID-19 top of mind, the health and well-being of our customers and employees is our number one priority. We have made some changes to our operations to ensure we can continue to service our customers.



CUSTOMER SERVICE

All our business locations have been closed to the public until further notice, in addition to off-site work with customers.

Our Synergy North Call Centre remains open. Call us anytime – Monday to Friday between 8am and 4pm, toll-free at 1-833-428-1451 or email us at customerservice@synergynorth.ca.



LOCATE SERVICES

We are no longer entering onto private property to perform non-emergency/non-essential locate services and will be unable to complete your request at this time. Once our locate services are restored, we ask that you please resubmit your request.

Should you have essential work that is required, please submit your request to Ontario One Call and you will receive information on how to make an appointment for a Locator to access your private property. Please have your Ontario One Call ticket number ready for reference.
