Synergy North comes from the regional vision of Northern communities coming together to work as one. It gives us the ability to integrate our resources in communities that are similar, and build within our northern infrastructure to ensure that customer needs are met. The name Synergy North allows us to expand to other communities in our region if the opportunity arises.

Your rates will not be impacted by the merge. Rates will continue to follow the OEB approved rate schedule in both Kenora and Thunder Bay.
